Canoe / Kayak Pricing Information:
Sugar Creek Campground isn't just another "set up your tent and sit around a fire" campsite. We are fully equipped for camping, concerts, and canoeing, kayaking & tubing along the famous Sugar Creek. You can find information about our camping here. In order to canoe and/or kayak at Sugar Creek Campground you must have a signed waiver on file with the front office. Waivers can be picked up at the front office, or printed here.

Canoeing at Sugar Creek Campground

Looking for something fun to do with the family? Our 8 mile long trip is the perfect daytime activity. Lasting approximately 5 hours you get plenty of time on the water and float right into the campground. Departing at 8a, 9:30am, and 11am Wednesday - Sunday you will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy a lazy day on the creek.
  • Departure times are 8:00 am, 9:30 am, and 11:00 am EST sharp.
  • We recommend making reservations for groups larger than 3 people.
  • Late arrivals will have to wait for the next departure time.

Whether you are going the trip alone, or bringing a group of your friends, kayaking down Sugar Creek is a great way to spend those warm spring / summer days. Enjoy 5 hours of water time, with our 8 mile trip or for you true adventure seekers, check out our 7 hour, 15 mile trip.

Ah..... tubing down Sugar Creek, what could be better on a hot summer day? Thats right, going tubing, then camping at Sugar Creek Campground. That's what could be better. But really folks, one person to a tube, enjoy the ride, need we say more?

Sugar Creek Campground LLC is private property and we reserve the right to select our guests and can change our decision at anytime. No refunds will be given if asked to leave. We are not responsible for any injuries or lost or stolen items of property. Swimming and wading in the creek is done at your own risk. Adult supervision is required.
